and not my provider?
A: Your healthcare provider has put their trust
in CompleteCare to do their billing for them. We
offer flexible payment terms. CompleteCare has been
successful in helping customers like yourself stay
on top of their bills for the past 20+ years.
Q: If I cannot make payment in full today,
can I make payment arrangements?
A: Yes. Please call us to explore your options.
Q: Can you file my insurance?
A: CompleteCare does not file insurance. If your
provider does not have your insurance information,
we will gladly gather it for you and forward the
information to them.
Q: Can you tell me if my insurance has paid
yet?
A: Yes. CompleteCare may be set up on-line with
your provider to supply you with up-to-the minute
information. If we are not on-line with your provider,
we can get you that information as soon as we can.
Q: I am getting several different bills
from my provider. Can I combine them onto one account?
A: Yes. CompleteCare can combine all of your existing
accounts with the provider and set you up with only
one bill to pay each month.
Q: Do you keep my information private?
A: Yes! In fact, protecting your privacy has always
been one of our main missions.
