CompleteCare offers a Prompt Pay Discount program
to our clients who have been looking for a way to
offer discounts on patient-pay balances. For you
to offer this program internally, an immense amount
of extra work would be placed on already overworked
staff. CompleteCare can handle the work.
CompleteCare will print the Prompt Pay Discount
notices with the accurately calculated discount amount
and balance due. The notices will be mailed out on
the itemized statements or as a separate notice with
a special coupon and return envelope. CC will accept
the payments by phone or through the mail and remit
the monies to you weekly.
